Unsuccessful Authorization

I'm getting really fed up. I've contacted costumer service via email and phone. Contacted visa. I'm being told Sephora accepts vanilla Visa cards. I added a postal code to the card. There's no problem with the amount. I have placed an order through the phone. It keeps stating I need a billing address but the cards are gift cards and the most of a billing address they come with is a postal code. I want this solved NOW. I need these products soon they're gifts for someone and their Birthday is almost here. This is ridiculous!

I sincerely apologize about this! I recommend calling the number on the back of your Vanilla Visa Gift Cards and they might be able to provide you a billing address, so you can enter the one they provide you at checkout. I hope this helps. 🙂
