Unsuccessful Authorization

I need help, I just spent 74$ using my prepaid Visa card online. The order was saying it's being processed but now it's saying unsuccessful authorization. I'm not sure if I was refunded because I tried to check out the same items again with the same card but it won't work despite the information being correct. I really need help. Thank you.
