Unsuccessful Authorization

Just after i placed my order I went to look at it within 10 minutes it was cancelled. I used afterpay but it showed that it went through there and i got an email from them saying my refund has been processed. why is this?? So upsetting sconce I placed the order on sephora and that i never actually received and email from sephora just after pay.

Something similar to me too! Placed a pick up order using klarna, got charged for the payment, but no klarna order or Sephora order confirmation emails and not showing up in my recent orders….so disappointed and confused.

Hi @valvallvalll I see that your order is currently processing! Please try logging out of your account then logging back in if you're still not seeing the order on your account.
