Unsuccessful Authorization

I had a fraud charge back on my card/account in 2022. I got it taken care of with my bank. But didn’t realize Sephora placed me on a no-order for online orders. All they could tell me was to call my bank again to get it resolved so I could be taken off this list or just shop in store. Ive been begging my bank for the past year to contact sephora but it seems im straight outta luck. 
Only up until recently, where the 3 items Im looking for are online only, I went to a sephora in store to place an online order and paid with my card in-store, just to find out the order was automatically cancelled when I got home. 

Is sephora just done trying to help? Because I’m just gonna order the products direct from their site from now on.
