Unsuccessful Authorization

Hello
It's my first time shopping here, I see my order was cancelled, it's only now that I realize that, it says my order # was canceled due to failed authorization and I haven't received any email about this, also the money it is not transferred to my account. This happened about 10 days ago.
I want to know what is wrong and how to receive my money back if there is a problem with the purchase or how to solve it, because I want to buy the products that I had shipped.
