Unsuccessful Authorization

I ordered 2 items on the 25th and I have been waiting for my package to ship, just for me to see that it says “unsuccessful authorization” and my order is cancelled….My bank account shows I did PAY the money, although it still says “processing” on my bank, the payment was taken from my account. I was never notified about an authorization issue and my other order from Sephora I ordered Nov 28th came through.
