Unsuccessful Authorization

Placed an order for September 12 and realized I never got a confirmation email with my order being sent. I ended up checking the order and turns out my order has been canceled due to Unsuccessful Authorization. I have been using the same credit card and address for the past years ordering online.

I don’t shop in store so 100% of my orders are all from online and I’m really bummed out. Does anyone have the same problem?? Anyone can help me please?!

I’m having this issue too! Order has been cancelled twice due to unsuccessful authorization. I called customer service for assistance placing order the second time and it was cancelled again.
