Unsuccessful Authorization

I placed an order today, August 29th and a few hours later I saw that my order was cancelled and it said unsuccessful authorization under it. I do not understand why this is happening as my payment method is correct with the billing address and everything. I’ve been having a lot of issues with online shopping at Sephora and customer care isn’t helping me at all. I would like to solve this issue as soon as possible.

I have same problem, already try payment using credit card, paypal and the debit card. No one succeess, really stressfull. Call them couple time and they told me problem should be solved and no issue. But everytime trying to purchased something online. And it happen again

I get this every time I use this site. I have to shop in stores because sephora blacklisted me from shopping online. It's been almost a year. I try to shop online every so often Nd always get the same things. Customer service is a joke. I have called like 7 times and they can't help me.
