Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi,

i’ve always been a loyal customer at Sephora and until recently i have been getting an error “unsuccessful authorization” in my orders. I’ve called customer support finally and they said “it is a business decision” by Sephora that i can no longer order online. This was a manager i talked to and i’m left with a big question mark. I felt discriminated and singled out because they wouldn’t give me a fair answer on why it’s been happening. I really hope someone can shed some light on this.
