Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi, 

This happened to me all of a sudden today. I tried to place the order 3 times and all I see is "Unsuccessful Authorization". 

So I called in and spent like 30+ min with the customer service. The lady was super nice and asked me to place a new order through my PayPal and she even placed the order for my on the call. However, right after she told me she fixed the system glitch and finished the call, I saw this status on the two new orders again. 

It's so frustrating and I have no clue what is happening here.

I have been having the same issue for weeks. Nobody seems to want to help. I'm pretty much done with sephora and I'm a Rouge member.
