Unsuccessful Authorization

I think it's been almost a year now, I haven't been able to make an online purchase. I had made a purchase during the beginning of covid which I believe was overdrawn before I canceled for unforeseen issues. But could I still be being punished for that, I mean was my years of purchases as a customer, prior worth nothing? I can't think of any other reason

Fyi So the only response I received was that because of a year ago, during covid i had order issues and will not be able to purchase online.  I have no idea how long or if it can be fixed.
