Unsuccessful Authorization!!

I am a loyal customer with Sephora, but my recent order got an Unsuccessful Authorization!! One of my friend got it too, and her account got locked up later. I don't want this happened on my account!!! HELP PLEASE!

Hello, I just recived an email from Sephora says they are unable to accept ANY future orders, and what is so funny is, it says "Dear Yuan", BUT THAT ISN'T MY NAME. Please, what is going on? I still got over 4000 points in my account. I'm so confused!
