I just buy something yesterday but the status said Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi,

I just ordered something earlier today, and noticed that the status say "Unsuccessful Authorization". 

I looked through other posts and noticed that maybe someone might need to fix this?

Any help you can offer would be much appreciated!
