Unsuccessful Authorization

I have 4 order that got Unsuccessful Authorization. That's due to 2 original order were canceled so I placed exactly same orders then got same results.

I would rather sephora cancel them so I can get my money back, not putting up that status and not refund my money.

Can sephora please either cancel it, or ship my order?
