Unsuccessful Authorization

Hello I made an online order a few days ago and noticed that i did not recieve an update for my order. I decided to check on the Sephora app for an update and it said "unsuccessful authorization" my order was cancelled and I didn't even know about it. I've never had problems ordering on the app before and all the information is up to date. What is going on?
