Unsuccessful Authorization

I placed an order on November 1st and received an email saying it was confirmed and it will send me another when it has been shipped. But I just checked my order status today and it says “Unsuccessful Authorization”! Does this mean my order was cancelled? Why didn’t I receive an email about this? There’s nothing wrong with the card I used; it worked with buying a set of earrings.

C.S. has told me that Sephora does not ship to addresses...

C.S. has told me that Sephora does not ship to addresses that are not your home address. So no business addresses etc... Your billing and shipping address must match or they flag it.
