Unsuccessful Authorization

I have called Sephora 3 times to ask about why my orders keep coming up as "Unsuccessful Authorization". I am constantly getting a different reason as to why this is.

1st reason: Address is wrong.

My address is correct, my billing is correct, EVERYTHING IS CORRECT!

2nd reason: Canada Post is refusing to mail out to this address

I called Canada Post, there is nothing wrong with my address

3rd reason: Oh I'm not sure why this is happening, I'll leave a note and personally re-order it for you. You should definitely receive shipping notification.

 

Have I received a shipping confirmation? No...and I GUARANTEE you, it's going to come back saying "Unsuccessful Authorization"

 

I am ordering these items for my own personal use, my address is accurate and so is my billing.

 

I am now getting to the point where I am REALLY ticked off and would appreciate some ACTUAL assistance and truthful assistance in this matter, otherwise you've just lost my business.
