Unsuccessful Authorization refund

I made an order at august 31,2017. But that said the status is unsuccessful authorization. So, I tried to check by debit card account, there is only that sephora withdraw my money, but no refunding. Is this the right situation? or how long does it take to get a full refund??

Before this unsuccessful authorization, I tried to order something, but there is some problem of my billing address. So maybe there are so many trial of my purchase, but ignore them.

However, I finally solve the problem. What I really want to know is that the order I around 12:15pm. Is that unsuccessful Authorization relevant to the 12:15pm order? so is it right that I waiting for my refund??
