Unsuccessful Authorization order

Hello! I placed an order last night April 14th but when I looked on my app today, it said my order was cancelled due to unsuccessful authorization. I didn’t even get an email notifying me. It’s pending on my card right now and I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t get charged for this!! I called customer support and she said she filed something and I’ll be hearing back in 1-3 business days. But if anyone else can help now, that would be great!

Hi, I still haven’t gotten any update about this and it’s been 5 days.. I still have this order’s charge pending on my card and I’m concerned I’ll be charged when Sephora cancelled this order on their own.
