Unsuccessful Authorization order

I don't get what's going on. I placed two orders, one day after the other. The first order has the Rouge 4X points code in it for the recent special event. I notice the order goes through, but not only do I not get the 4X points, I haven't gotten the usual regular points for the purchase. I checked the second order, and it says it's been cancelled for an "unsuccessful authorization."

Nothing in my account has changed: same address, same name, same Sephora CC, and I've made zero returns since the dawn of time. Can someone help?
