Unsuccessful Authorization on my Order

I've been a VIB Rouge member for awhile and this is my first online purchase with Sephora, I usually go in store because I love the experience. I go on today, place my order, get the extra points, and check back just to make sure everything went smoothly, and it tells me "Unsuccessful Authorization" and shows as though the order didn't go through, yet I got an e-mail to the appropriate account saying I authorized the payment. I'd like it if someone could get in contact with me regarding this issue, or simply answer below with the proper steps forward.
