Unsuccessful Authorization on Order?

My black friday / cyber monday order never arrived... I assumed there were supply chain delays as is often the case during the holidays since i got an order confirmation email. I am now realizing the status says unsuccessful authorization. Does anyone know what this means and if my order is cancelled?
