Unsuccessful Authorization on Order 3 times with different payment options

I have been trying to place an order for a week. I have tried 3 times with different methods of payment. Each time it appears go through and be "In Progress" it then cancels due to the authorization. I don't know why Sephora is refunding me, I want my order. I have the money in my accounts and I don't understand why this keeps happening. Can I get some assistance please?
