Unsuccessful Authorization and canceled my order!

I just want to buy a single cream but find my order being canceled! I am a rouge and made 1 order successful before. Now I have 5 orders in a row canceled, no explanation, no notice. Every time I sent them email, they only replied the same: "It appears that we were unable to verify the information provided for this purchases." But my card works well on other websites. The card was charged well first, then they canceled it! I don't understand! I have to go outside for the items under high-temperature sun days! Why can't I enjoy the cooling inside and shopping online?! (and the samples too)

I've contacted them 5 times and get the same message 5 times, and no one even tells me what's wrong! I'm not a robot and I'm not looking for robot responding!

Really disappoint! I wont buy anything from your website!
