Unsuccessful Authorization and REFUND

I just checked the status of my order, it said "unsuccessful authorization". I would like to know when and how can I get the refund? I don't know why I didn't receive any emails regarding the canceled order? Can someone pls help? Thank you very much!

Hi @Anonymous @Haoran @Anonymous @MooReviews If your order was cancelled, you have not been charged. The temporary authorizations usually drop from the account within 1 to 7 business days for local US accounts but may take up to one billing cycle for international accounts. If you still need assistance with your order, please send me a private message.

I have the same issue and I try so many time but fail to call the customer service.

So finally did you get a refund? The same happened to me and i am so worried as i really need my money now

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I'm sorry! Sephora does not charge for orders until they ship out. If your order was cancelled, it will not ship and you will not be charged. Any pending authorizations you're seeing will reverse automatically. I'll take a look at your order now, and I'll send you a PM with more information. Thank you!

Can u help me as well i have made 3 purchases which have all resulted in unsuccessful authorization and its really frustrating me because I want a refund on all my purchases and would like to purchase in the future without this being a problem.

I have the same issue. The customer service has been absolutely horrendous. I've had to call 4 times for the same order already.l This is no way to treat their customers.

Happened to me three times today!! Still on the line waiting 20 mins now for a rep to assist
