Unsuccessful Authorization Order

Hi,

 

I placed an order during VIB Rouge early access. I haven't received the shipping email so today i check the order and found that it said unsuccessful authorization status. What do i do? Do i need to reorder everything?

"Unsuccessful Authorization" means that your order has been cancelled. I'm going to look into this then send you a PM.
