i have been rouge for years, recently my orders were been cancelled roughly. i have tried to call BA for many times, but they all tell me that was the address issue. our chinese can brow your SEPHORA is a difficult thing for us. why your still put so many troubles on the orders. i feel so angry, soon the april season is coming. i still have so many points on my account. and i also list a shopping list on my note. if the account can not work out. what can i do?
