Unsuccessful Authorization Order

Hiii I need help with my order. I made an order on August 31 but it says Unsuccessful Authorization and all of my products were canceled pleaseeee help meeee I'm living in one week and I need the things that I ordered.

Maybe your card isn't working or there's something wrong with your account@give them a call asap they can help you !! Sephora's customer service is great!!!
