Unsuccessful Authorization Order

I have been dealing with this dilemma for about 2 months back and forth. Everytime I try to use my credit card to make a purchase after a few hours or by the next day it gets declined for that reason. I just don't understand my information is accurate I pay off my account on time and I haven't been able to get an accurate response with any representative nor with their managers. I've even wanted to get their corporate number or their fraud department information and nothing. I just keep getting the run around and have to wait 24-48 hours and still no response as to what the situation is. I am beyond frustrated and still no answers who else can I speak to about this.

Same with me! This has happened to me in the past two months, a total of 4 orders. Every time I have to wait 3-5 days for them to investigate - one time it took them over 30 days to get back to me! The represent say it’s not going to be every time that this happens, but this happened every single time. I’m truly frustrated and it’s a huge inconvenience for me to call in for each order I place online. I am considering to stop purchasing from Sephora if this keeps happening. Please unflag me from your system Sephora…

Yes for this particular order that I just placed last night. I’m waiting for someone to reach out to me to resolve.  But how do I get removed from the list permanently so that I don’t have to call in every time I place an order?
