Unsuccessful Authorization Order

Hi,

I have tried to place an order for the 4th time now, but it always says "unsuccessful authorization". I checked with the bank and credit card company and also had a family member try their credit and debit card.

I also haven’t ordered anything in awhile and just confused what is going on? I did get a new phone but my account hasn’t changed?

 

Can someone please help me?
