Unsuccessful Authorization Order

I'm trying to order two luxe boxes and have them sent to two different addresses (separate orders), but I keep getting a notification that says unsuccessful authorization; even though my billing information is correct and my cards aren't blocked. I tried replacing the orders online and over the phone using two different cards, but I've had no luck. #sephoraluxe

I read your message, and I want to know what is a charge back. Is it possible for you to resolve this issue so that I can have my orders fulfilled? I'm trying to order a limited edition item that usually sells out quickly and want to be able to purchase the item before it sells out.
