Unsuccessful Authorization Order

Hey there,

 

I have tried 5x to order online to the point where I have also bought an e-gift card to try since neither my visa debit or visa were working. The e-gift card went through, but when i went to use it, it initially said "placed" and then this morning it had the same "unsuccessful authorization" beside it. Help!
