Unsuccessful Authorization Order

I placed an order on april 3 and I didn't receive any kind of information about my new order status: Unsuccessful Authorization. What is wrong with my order or am I having billing information problems? 

 

My credit card was charged with the total amount and I didn't receive my product or a refund.

Also, the transaction amount from Sephora.com that you're seeing on your credit card account is a temporary authorization from the failed order attempt. This charge will be dropped from your account by your financial institution usually within 3 to 5 business days. You'll not be charged for any unsuccessful order. 🙂
