Unsuccessful Authorization Order

Hi, 

I have placed an order with Sephora couple of days ago, using same payment method (PayPal) and address as I did in my previous order. This time around I got a message from Sephora stating that the order cannot be fulfilled because of "being unable to confirm your payment information." What gives?
