Unsuccessful Authorization Order

I ordered from overseas. But later Sephora sent me an email saying that my order has been cancelled because of unsuccessful authorization. I think it's probably because I accidentally filled in a wrong billing address. Now the bank says the money has already been transferred. I send an email but only got a reference number back. It's been almost 24hrs and I haven't got any replies. I'm starting to worry. Can I get my money back?
