Unsuccessful Authorization Order

What should I do?? There is no refund and no email notification. Can someone help?

Hello @Lexie624,

 

Unsuccessful orders will not post onto your account, and any pending authorization will fall off between 1-5 business days. I recommend reaching out to your financial institution for a more specific time-frame for these authorizations.
