Unsuccessful Authorization Order

I placed an order yesterday and the status says "unsuccessful authorization" but my credit card is already charged with the money. I live outside the US and I was sending the order to a friend of mine who will be in the states for a short period so ANYONE PLEASEE tell me how I could fix this urgently
