Unsuccessful Authorization Order Status

Why have my funds been removed from my account but my order isn’t being processed? My shipping and billing addresses were different and it messed everything up but I still got charged. Bank said everything went through fine on their end and I’ve read a bunch of reviews on this happening with your company before. Any chance you could see if my package is still in the works to be shipped to me or if I just wasted $50

Same thing happened to me! My bank was charged yet the status is unsuccessful authorization! Sephora just keep on getting our money without sending anything in return. Worst - They do not advise via email!!!! I need my refund.
