Unsuccessful Auth x10

This is probably the 10th time this has happened. First started back in November - 6 Unauthorized Authorizations - I called support, they added a 20% off for me to use at any time and when I placed an order AFTER the ROUGE sale - it went through. My play subscription goes through as well. This new sale starts for April and all of a sudden, my play subscription gets cancelled and all 4 of my orders were cancelled with some items going out of stock. I used to use paypal but they stopped accepting that for no reason. My credit card accepts the charge and says everything is correct and that the problem is with Sephora. Billing and shipping are exactly for that credit card. I feel like every time there is a sale ---- suddenly orders aren't accepted. What is going on. I see that this issue is rampant. Emailing customer service gets me no where and I don't have the time to spend on the phone. This is why I stopped buying everything at Sephora. I've started using Beautylish as their customer service is actually responsive. Someone needs to fix this issue. My email is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
