Unsuccesful authorization

Hello!

I placed an order yesterday and today, it showed “unsuccesful authorization” on the Sephora app and that my order was canceled. I haven’t received any e-mails about it, I only got the confirmation one.


I’m not sure as to why? I don’t want to order again in case the first order comes through
