Unsuccesful authorization, need help fixing this problem

Hello,

My order status keeps getting unsuccesfull authorisation. I tried to order at least 4 times.
I have a different paypal adress than the shipping adress (but I always use this shipping adress). 
Could you please help me fix this problem?
