Unsuccesful Authorization

Hi! I did an order on Sunday an it was supposed to arrived today, Friday, but it doesn’t arrived today. When I look to the order status it says Unsuccessful Authorization, the shipment is pending and the items in my account are cancelled. I need help because my aunt was supposed to bring me that order because I don’t live in the United States and she is coming on Tuesday. 

I would be glad if someone can help me!
