Unsucceful authorization

So, I placed my order and was very excited to get it only to find out that it was canceled due to "Unsuccesful authorization" I`ve never had a problem like this before paying with the same card/Paypal acc. It`s my first Sephora order and I`m quite disappointed.

Pay pal account says that Sephora are the ones who didn`t finish my order, so I`m really lost. Money has been charged and now they are blocked. I can`t use them for anything else until it`s sorted out.

Please help.
