Unsucceful authorization

Can any one help me about this issue ? 

I called to Sephora CS 5 days ago , they said i have multiple acc , actually i did and they  deactived my other acc and combine the points to this  , I have to way about 72 hours to allow to place order online . And the points already combine 
But when i tried to place order again yesterday . My order still got Unsucceful authorization , i dont have 2nd acc any more .

I even call my bank and they said my Cards are fine , Sephora just didnt charge  , and i didnt receive any email about cancelled orders . When can i allow to place order online ?
Try to call again but the line always busy . I dunno what to do

Hi, It happend to me 4 times (unsuccesful authorization). I was trying to get subscription for play sephora. Called sephora CS, he said that home address i updated was updated twice, so it was difficult for them to verify, he corrected it the same day. I got an email after two days about not been authorized. I ordered once again but at this time when i received an email about welcoming clicking on the same page logged in to my phone app. “Vola” i got subscibed the same day. My status shows in progress and it seems its really in progress. Moral of the story is be logged in when u receive mail from sephora.😊

For everyone who wondering and having the same issue like me right now . Sephora did resolved my problem , after a month call back and for about 5-6 time and my account goes back to normal . All you have to do is calling and waiting .
