Unsucceful Authorization

Hi,

 

I've been trying to place an order and each time the order does not goes through, just says 'Unsucessful Authorization'. This has happened 3 times already (now I have no hope of getting an order before Xmas). Emailed Sephora, but no reply. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
