Unlimited Same Day Delivery

DO NOT sign up for this service... I placed two orders in one day, because I am an addict. Both were canceled without me being notified. To my surprise all items were in stock at the store. 

You don’t see the rating prior to signing up, it’s 1 star.

The community page has quite a few customer complaints for a new service, unless you’re looking at the influencer reviews which are amazing.

Some people have their items marked as delivered, but they’re not. People appear to be charge after canceling. They tell you you can have them shipped without charge instead, upon requesting the shipping option it charges you for shipping. 

If you’re lucky enough to have the store fulfill the order you still face items being stolen from the delivery drivers. Sephora uses doordash for delivery for these same day deliveries, because Sephora is the customer there is no way of reporting the drivers if items are stolen. Drivers know they are picking up a package rather than shopping so easily get away with it. When you report this to Sephora you need to wait three days for them to investigate. 

Sephora's customer service is mediocre when addressing these issue. Avoid signing up until they get things figured out on their end.

Honestly, for skincare I will just continue using Musley which have improve my skin more than I knew it would.
