Unknown address appeared in my saved address

As I was selecting my shipping address today, I noticed a name and address I had never seen in my life in my saved address. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and the unknown address was someone who lived in Mesquite, Texas, US. I checked all my order histories - no orders were shipped to this address. I checked my credit card history as I had my credit cards on file in my account - but there were no suspicious activities. I called Sephora customer service and the representative was not helpful at all. She deleted the address and told me to change my password. Was there a glitch in the system or was the security of the Sephora website compromised? I have a privacy concern in that I had the person’s full name, full shipping address and phone number appearing on my account.
