Unhappy with online orders recently

Hi, I have not been happy with my recent online orders. One of my orders took over two weeks to come. Granted that was during the BI/VIB sale however it was way more delayed than it said it would be. Another order I placed last week took over a week before it was even shipped. That order was missing an item and one of my palettes was cracked. I know it's a busy time but I feel the packages have been packed so carelessly. Can you please help with my missing and destroyed item?
