Undeliverable package

Hello, 

I was supposed to receive a package today and at first it said out for delivery and was to be delivered by 8pm. I waited and at 8:15 I checked the status and it said that it was “undeliverable” and that the address was not found. I checked everything and my address is entered correctly. I would really like to receive my package as the information is entered correctly, and if it is not delivered I do not want to be charged for it to be resent and would like a refund for the products. I was really hoping to have the products by Saturday for my engagement photos and hope that I can still receive my items if possible.

I was just able to talk to someone! Very helpful and  assisted in resolving my issue!
