Undeliverable Package-Reorder with Birthday Gift?

My last online order was marked as undeliverable and is being returned to Sephora. I ordered it in November and assumed that I would receive it before December, but there must have been an influx of orders due to the sales and holiday season. So, I ended up moving and changing my address before it could be delivered. Maybe that's what caused the issue. I just wanted to know if there was a way to get my birthday gift with my next online purchase.
